MSI iVerify® provides MSI customers with visibility to Print & Mail
jobs underway at MSI as they happen.
When utilizing any high-volume print and mailing service, clients need access to
timely and complete information as to the process status of production job runs
as well as the verification that mail pieces were actually printed and mailed. iVerify® provides
100% mail piece verification, empowering customers with rich information on when
envelopes were mailed and what was in each envelope. An included online service
with MSI Print & Mail services, iVerify® provides quick and easy
access to prove statements, notices, or other important documents are on their way
to customers.
MSI goes one step further. Bank personnel can optionally track envelopes even after they have left MSI's facility and while still en route through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Utilizing a bar-coding system the USPS terms "OneCode Confirm", MSI is able to uniquely encode each outbound envelope with reference information. The envelopes are then automatically scanned at USPS mail processing facilities along mailing routes, and time and location data for each tracking point is loaded into iVerify® for reference. Bank Customer Service Reps have at their fingertips all the information needed to respond to consumer inquiries about the status of deliveries, including proof that critical consumer notices were promptly mailed.
