MSI has been officially designated as a Detached Mail Unit (DMU) of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Only major U.S. postal service customers carry this designation, which provides for a full-time, on-site US postal service employee assigned to work in our facility.

With on-site oversight, The USPS helps ensure that mail prepared by MSI conforms optimally to Postal Service regulations and standards.
