eCheck Printing and Mailing is a cutting edge solution for home banking software

Features
- Home Banking software vendors can connect to MSI eCheck Printing and Mailing using industry-standard web services technology to determine available services by destination address, submit printing and mailing payments, and query statuses on submitted payments to determine their processing and delivery stage.
- When provided by couriers, home banking systems are returned tracking numbers for delivery back to end-user customers to allow customers to query on the statuses of their printing and mailing payments outside of home banking systems.
- An administrative interfaces client customer service representatives allow support personnel to:
- Search for requests by state, such as submitted but not yet dispatched, and delivered, payer account number, payee partial name, payee partial address, and payee account number.
- View all the submitted information regarding an eCheck Printing and Mailing payments request, and, when appropriate privileges are granted, edit requests non-dispatched before a cut-off period.
- Query packages
- Cancel un-dispatched requests
- Print reports on daily submission, dispatch, delivery, and manual editing audit activity
- Track individual packages directly from the eCheck Printing and Mailing CSR without requiring any navigation to courier websites.
