eCheck Printing and Mailing is a turn key out-sourcing solution for home banking software providers to provide Printing and Mailing of online bill payments that require the delivery of a paper check. Built upon MSI’s leadership in the item processing and check printing industry, MSI eCheck Printing and Mailing is an easy-to-integrate solution that leverages the integrated MSI product suite and established high standards for control and quality to deliver consumer payments in an expedited fashion to payment processors.

1. Home Banking software vendors can connect to MSI eCheck Printing and Mailing using industry-standard web services technology to determine available services by destination address, submit printing and mailing payments, and query statuses on submitted payments to determine their processing and delivery stage.
   
   
2. When provided by couriers, home banking systems are returned tracking numbers for delivery back to end-user customers to allow customers to query on the statuses of their printing and mailing payments outside of home banking systems.
   
   
3. An administrative interfaces client customer service representatives allow support personnel to:
   
   
   • Search for requests by state, such as submitted but not yet dispatched, and delivered, payer account number, payee partial name, payee partial address, and payee account number.
     
     
   • View all the submitted information regarding an eCheck Printing and Mailing payments request, and, when appropriate privileges are granted, edit requests non-dispatched before a cut-off period.
     
     
   • Query packages
     
     
   • Cancel un-dispatched requests
     
     
   • Print reports on daily submission, dispatch, delivery, and manual editing audit activity
     
     
   • Track individual packages directly from the eCheck Printing and Mailing CSR without requiring any navigation to courier websites.
