Electronic Content Delivery
Statements-e was implemented in January 2003, and is an interactive, electronic representation of the traditional paper financial statement. It provides advanced check search and linked statement text for accessing checks and other documents online. It provides the ability to view statements and check images, download statements, and provide links to imaged checks. Statementse data is stored encrypted on a secure website, delivered, and translated over the Internet via 128-bit SSL encryption.
Notices-e
Statements-e was integrated in November 2005 with Notices-e, which provides the ability to view all notices online, download notices and links to other documents. It also provides bank officers with the ability to receive sensitive notices directly to email.
1 to 1 Marketing
Customer Connect was implemented in January 2005, and is a web-based personalized marketing tool that provides financial institutions with the ability to connect with their customers via customized messages on their website based on the account holder’s profile. It also can be utilized to locate messages directly on the printed account statements or for flash advertisements for e-document products.
Archive
DigiArk was implemented in June 2003, and is MSI’s system for the digital archiving of data. It is a web-based, enterprise delivery and management system that stores and archives all types of media in one central repository making it instantly accessible from any desktop. DigiArk works with a common Internet browser using 128-bit SSL encryption and is compatible with all Microsoft Word and image documents, in addition to microfiche, and other types of electronic media, including CD and DVD.
