Welcome to our first MSI E-newsletter!

First of all, we hope you will plan to attend our first MSI Customer Conference.  The conference will be held May 6th, 2005 at the fabulous Presbyterian Health Foundation Conference Center.  The center is located at 655 Research Parkway, Suite 100 (off Lincoln Boulevard between 4th and 8th Street in Oklahoma City).  We will spend the day telling you about some of our new web-based suite of products, including Customer Connect.  Customer Connect is like having your own 24/7 marketing staff available to target your customers and members with specific advertising.  We are thrilled to be able to offer you this marketing tool that allows you to reach out to your customers in a bold, innovative new way.   Registration begins at 8:00am and the conference will conclude around 2:45pm. I’ve included an agenda of the day’s events below.  You can register for the conference online by going to the link on this newsletter, or call us at (405) 478-9000.  I look forward to seeing you there and as always, thanks for your business and continued support as we deliver information at the speed of technology.

New product feature
Customer Connect

How often have your bank customers or credit union members opened their statements to find a variety of flyers advertising your products?  How easily are those messages for car loans or a new mortgage rate pitched in the trash?  At Myriad Systems Inc., we have just launched a unique program that insures those messages stay right in front of their eyes.   It’s called Customer Connect.  We can help you target your message directly to the customers most likely to be interested in your service or product.  The message is not extra stuffing in the mailing but part of the statement itself, thereby guaranteeing you that your message will be seen over and over again.   Customer Connect can be used on a paper statement, or animate across the screen for your online customers and members.  It is cutting-edge technology that keeps you connected!

News Flash

Myriad Systems Inc. has just received NCOALink certification from the United States Postal Service.

The NCOALink provides the company with the most advanced change-of-address software available from USPS and will enhance MSI’s Access Direct, DIGIARK and Customer Contact web-based software applications.  Shaun Riney says NCOALink is a milestone accomplishment for MSI because “The NCOALink reduces undeliverable mail-pieces by making change-of-address information available on a daily basis and accessible over the web.  This is huge in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and savings for you, our clients.”  According to the United States Postal Service, more than 40 million Americans change addresses annually.  The NCOALink contains an estimated 160 million records, equal to four years worth of permanent address changes, which can be accessed by a full service provider licensee such as MSI.  “The benefits are invaluable,” Riney adds.  “Perhaps the biggest benefit of all is the faster and more accurate product and service marketing NCOALink affords companies.  As we say to clients all the time, your statements need to make a statement about you, your brand, and your services to your existing and prospective customers and they can’t do that if the customers do not receive the information through regular mail or electronic mail.”
